Strike a Light – Arts & Heritage specialises in engaging with the cultural sector, supporting organisations, clients, companies, artists and groups to realise their ambitions and reach their full potential.
Collectively we have over 30 years of experience working with a diverse range of organisations and artists. Our approach is rooted in practical experience. From this, we are flexible, open minded and supportive in our approach.
We understand the competing priorities of working in the sector – the need to balance the delivery of inspirational and engaging art while achieving a sustainable and resilient working model.
Our combination of strategic planning with practical follow up actions will help you achieve your goals – whether that is to diversify your income base, develop a new audience or manage a funding/project activity.
I worked with Strike a Light on the Orange Lilies HLF funded project during the First World War centenary. This was an exceptionally well-crafted and delivered project, combining creativity and accurate historic research to produce a successful project that reached a wide range of people, both as participants and as audiences, across the city. It’s multiple legacies continue to shape awareness of the First World War in the city of Brighton and Hove.
