Strike a Light – Arts & Heritage are pleased to have launched an exciting range of free resources for the project, Remote Reminiscence – Getting Elders online.

This project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, engages older people in reminiscence through a new, multi-platform resource, enabling them to access memories, share experiences and participate in lifelong learning.

Our new video resources and downloadable guides provide guidance and activities for groups running their own reminiscence sessions.

Presented by our Creative Director, Nicola Benge, who has extensive experience of facilitating reminiscence sessions, the videos focus on a range of themes including Jobs & Work, Childhood and Holidays.

These are free and available to all. Details below!
