Strike a Light – Arts & Heritage is hosting a series of four puppet making workshops in May and June with Herringbone Arts.

Book your place here!

Learn to make a small rod puppet using designs from your imagination. You will sculpt a small puppet using polymer clay amongst other materials and a range of small tools.

Fran Malone will take you through the process – starting with designs based on what inspires and intrigues you about puppets, through to creating your own little character and finally bringing it to life.

Workshop dates are Sundays 14th, 21st, 28th May and 6th June.

These will take place at our workshop: Strike a Light – Arts and Heritage, Studio 8, Open Market, Marshalls Row, Brighton.

Materials will be provided, alongside tea, coffee and biscuits. Fran will be happy to answer all your puppet related questions along the way and share some puppet making secrets!
