Strike a Light is curating a free event day at Fabrica gallery (www.fabrica.org.uk) on Thursday 14th June from 11-4pm with a showing of recent Oscar winning film The Artist from 6-8.30pm following this at the bargain price of £1!
This event will be along the theme of laughter – ‘An exploration of the joys that bind, shared laughter and experience through generations which work across the age divide…’
The event is aimed at all, but older people and groups are especially welcome. Seating and a cafe area with free refreshments is available throughout the day, to relax, rest and enjoy the activities, exhibition and short films.
