‘Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea’

An exciting event at Fabrica gallery aimed at celebrating the everyday experience of older people through stories. An afternoon of creative activities aimed at older people and groups, around the theme of tales including stories of buttons, tall tales, yarns, and singing for your supper. Participate in talks, films, workshops, afternoon tea with a difference. Visitors can relax, meet and encounter visual art in an entrancing and positive creative way.

Events will include Ragroof Theatre showing their Button Museum interactive performance, whilst also providing an entertaining and interesting backdrop to the event, Archivia films from the Lighthouse, Singing for your supper –an afternoon tea with a difference, creative making activities with Fabrica artists, talks, and tales.

Although the event is aimed at older people, all are welcome!
