We’ve just finished our successful project Dancing with Dementia – in collaboration with the charity Jewish Care at a care home in Brighton, encouraging older residents with dementia to stay active, using music to trigger memories.
We’ve had a variety of activities and performers including music therapist Dominque Levack, Belly dancer Bettina, Sari dancing, Flamenco with Helena, Yoga sessions, and musical performance from students of Access to Music Brighton college.
